BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES


 Pinewood Stable Party                                       2 hours for $400.00

Our Birthday Party Package, up to 8 children*, includes all the following:

  • Meet and Greet with the horses
  • Horse riding lesson* with riding instructor
  • Helmets for each rider to wear
  • Space provided for you to use for your party's activities
  • Tables and chairs set up for your guests.
  • Extra tables for you to use to hold gifts, food or other needs.
  • You are welcome to bring your own food and cake.

 

        *Children may ride in groups of up to 4 at a time.

 Off-Site Pony (or Horse) Party​
                          1 hour for $250.00, plus mileage if more than 20 miles.


You can have your child's birthday party at your home and we'll bring the pony to you!    

Our Pony Birthday Party includes the following:

  • 1 pony or horse and tack for riding
  • 2 Pinewood wranglers
  • Treats to feed the pony or horse


Add an Option

  • Add an hour                                                 1 additional hour for $150.00
  • Add a pony or horse                                    1 additional pony or horse for $150.00



Requirements for all birthday parties:

  • Each child must wear proper riding attire (boots or closed toe shoes; long pants)
  • A riding waiver, signed by each child’s parent/guardian before the child will be allowed to                               get on a horse or pony.  (Waivers will be emailed to you after your date is reserved)
  • 70 lbs. maximum to ride the ponies.
  • Helmets (provided by Pinewood Stable) must be worn.
  • Area adequate in size and footing for off-site pony rides.
  • Off-site location must be within 1 hour of Pinewood Stable


 Scheduling:
 Birthday parties are scheduled by appointment only.  Please call or email to schedule yours. 
 A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date.
