Arena Riding

Open Riding at Pinewood Stable.
Arenas will be Open to the Public
Join us for Open Riding on scheduled Saturdays this year from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Bring your own horse and ride indoors during the winter or in one of our outdoor arenas when the weather turns nice. Only $30 per rider/horse. Click here to see the arena calendars.

We have limited space available, so you must contact us in advance. If you are not pre-registered, and the arena is full, you will not be allowed to ride. Please call 507-995-6390 or email pinewoodstablehorses@gmail.com to reserve your spot.

** A copy of current negative coggins is required and your horse must be healthy**

For the safety of all riders

Any rider under 18 must have a legal guardian on site and must wear a certified riding helmet.
Waivers must be signed by all riders or their legal guardians.
Be courteous and considerate to other riders and horses
No alcohol or smoking are allowed at any time.
No horses may be tied to the walls or railings of the arenas or other structures. Horses must be tied to trailers or hitching posts.
Riding traffic must always travel in the same direction. Direction may be changed by communicating with other riders.
Absolutely no dogs allowed in the arena or loose on the property.

Lessons and Horse Training

Private riding lessons, horse breaking and training are not allowed during open riding times.
Line lunging is strictly prohibited
No obstacles such as barrels, poles, jumps are allowed in the arena during open riding.
No ponying other horses for training.
Only one horse per person in the arena at a time.

Miscellaneous

Please park only in parking lot and leave room for other trucks & trailers
Do not block access in and out of doors and gates.
Do not ride or graze your horse on lawns or other non-stable property.
All riders must pick up their horse’s manure. Forks and manure wagons are available.

Arena Rentals

Arena is for your exclusive use and closed to others

You can rent one of our outdoor or indoor arenas for your exclusive use by the hour, for a half day or a whole day. We have a variety of arenas for your use.
* Our indoor arena is 60’ by 104’

* Our outdoor sand arena is 120’ x 200’

* Our outdoor grass arena is 100’ x 320’

Small Private Events - No competitions, shows, clinics, etc

Hourly charge is $75
Half day rental is $300
Full day rental is $500

You are welcome to bring your own trainer, but there is a $10/hour trainer fee.
